Recently while coming home from a Taco Bell, a 16 year old in a truck way to big for him to handle, changed into my lane and NAILED the passenger side of my 2011 Silverado. We both stopped, I immediately called Progressive and got a claim number, I will give the 24 hour operators a good review, very nice, hard working and friendly! Meanwhile the kid has no idea what to do so he calls his dad and he comes out here. After I get his policy number, and he admitted to being at fault at the scene(he is also insured with progressive) we leave the scene and within an hour or so I get a call from my investigator (Frankie Wyatt) and she seemed nice and hard working.
The next day or two I get a call and get an appointment to take my truck to the Progressive warehouse for pictures/estimates and I’m told the determination is still pending.
The amount of personal health insurance you need is really a personal decision. However, you should make sure that you have enough health insurance to cover medical expenses that you know you are going to experience as well as the medical expenses that are unexpected.
